From November 8–11, our restaurant PragaTu, located in the heart of Warsaw's Praga district, will transform into a cozy, autumn-scented place where traditional Polish goose will reign – in a modern, original version by our Head Chef.
It's a perfect opportunity to spend an autumn evening in an intimate atmosphere, try seasonal dishes, and discover the richness of Polish cuisine's flavors at their best.

Goose broth with delicate lány kluski (noodles)
Dumplings with goose meat and aromatic cranberry sauce
Roasted goose leg in demi-glace sauce, served with pumpkin gnocchi and fried beetroot
🥐 For a sweet ending – traditional St. Martin's croissant with white poppy seeds and dried fruits
