§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to individuals using the Website located at the URL: http://hithotel.pl
   and has been in effect since May 25, 2018.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to complete a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. Consent, if given, is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until consent is withdrawn, but after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given has the right to be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

8. Visitors to the Website may consent to our conducting targeted advertising campaigns on social networks based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of programming companies and maintain teleinformatics systems with which we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies has the right to process data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessed by the company, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
