Pet policy at the hotel
1. Introduction
- 1.1. Pet-keeping rules at Hit Hotel are below.
- 1.2. Booking a stay with a pet and signing this policy means accepting it.
- 1.3. Only domestic pets (dogs, cats, small domestic pets) are allowed if reported when booking.
- 1.4. The hotel may refuse to accept a pet if it was not reported in advance, if the policy is not accepted and signed, if the required documents are missing, or if the pet poses a risk to other guests.
2. Fees and Conditions for Pet Stays
- 2.1. A fee of PLN 65 per pet per night is charged
(PLN 65 for 1 pet / 1 night). - 2.2. The hotel may charge a refundable deposit and/or an additional cleaning fee in case of excessive soiling or the need to neutralize odors in the room (as per the hotel’s price list).
- 2.3. Pets must be healthy, free of parasites, and have up-to-date protective vaccinations (on request, the guest must show proof of vaccination to staff).
- 2.4. In hotel common areas:
a) dogs must be kept on a leash or in a crate; large dogs—also with a muzzle,
b) cats and other pets must be carried in carriers/crates. - 2.5. Pets may not be brought into areas designated by the hotel as restricted (e.g., staff/technical rooms, dining areas—if applicable).
- 2.6. A maximum of 2 pets may stay in one room, after prior agreement with the hotel (unless the hotel gives written permission for more).
- 2.7. For safety reasons, room cleaning where pets are staying is carried out only when the pet is not in the room. The pet owner must set up at the Reception each day the time when the hotel staff will perform in-room cleaning.
